Inflixer is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the explicit consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By signing up, you represent that all information provided is accurate and that you have the legal right to enter into this agreement.

Inflixer provides a suite of AI-driven and creative services designed to modernize your brand’s digital footprint:

• Social Media Management: Content planning, engagement, and community building.
• AI Twin Creation: Developing digital versions of personalities/voices for automated content.
• AI UGC Video Creation: High-quality AI-generated user-generated style content.
• AI Influencer Marketing: Virtual influencer campaigns and reach expansion.
• Analytics & Reporting: Performance tracking and ROI optimization.
• Brand Strategy: Identity development and long-term growth positioning.

We believe in the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence. By using Inflixer, you agree to:

• Authenticity: Not use AI Twins or AI generation to impersonate individuals without their express written consent.
• Lawful Use: Use our platform only for ethical marketing and lawful business purposes.
• System Integrity: Refrain from attempting to reverse-engineer our AI models or bypass security protocols.
• Content Standards: Not generate content that is defamatory, hateful, or violates third-party intellectual property rights.

• Our Technology: All proprietary AI models, software, and website code remain the exclusive property of Inflixer.
• Your Deliverables: Upon full payment, you are granted the rights to use the final video outputs, AI Twin assets, and strategy documents for your business purposes.
• Client Assets: You retain ownership of all original materials (photos, voice recordings, brand logos) provided to us for the creation of AI Twins or content.

While we utilize industry-leading technology, you acknowledge that:

• AI Variations: AI-generated content (including lip-syncing and facial expressions) may occasionally have minor imperfections or “artifacts” that are inherent to current generative technology.
• Platform Changes: Social media algorithms are third-party entities; while we optimize for growth, we cannot guarantee specific viral results or follower counts.

We take your privacy seriously. All sensitive data, including raw footage for AI Twins and business strategy details, will be kept strictly confidential. Inflixer will not sell your data to third parties. This obligation remains in effect even after the service period ends.

Inflixer shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our AI services, including but not limited to account suspensions on social media platforms or technical interruptions. We strive for 100% uptime but do not guarantee it.

Either party may terminate the partnership with written notice. Upon termination, Inflixer will cease all active management, and the client remains responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have concerns regarding a video or a management strategy, please contact us at support@inflixer.com.

• Acknowledgment: Within 2 business days.
• Resolution Plan: Within 7 business days.

• Service Fees: Due to the intensive computational and creative resources required for AI generation, refunds are generally not provided once the “AI Twin” or “Video Creation” process has begun.
• Monthly Management: Refunds for management packages are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the work already performed.
• Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
